Bookings are gauranted by Credit Card Deposit. Guest to inform us their arrival timings at the hotel or the Room will be released after two hours of check in time, if the guest doesnot check in at our check in time. Cancellation should be done one day in advance. In case of No Show or not following the cancellation policy one night retention charges will be deducted from the guest credit card.
