Deposit and cancellation policy:

A reservation must be cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival for a full refund of deposit or to avoid that the guest's credit card is charged for 80 pct of 1st night at confirmed rate. If a reservation is made 'Guaranteed Arrival' the room will be held for the first night, and in the event of non arrival a no-show charge will be imposed. For 2003: 80 pct of the rooms revenue for entire booked stay, but maximum for 3 nights.
