Built on top of Beyt Meri hill, overlooking Beirut and the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel Al Bustan has been a city landmark since its opening in 1967. The hotel's 117 air conditioned rooms and suites are surrounded by beautiful landscapes gardens. An ever-growing collection of antiquities, sculptures and paintings can be enjoyed in the guest rooms. After a busy day, guests can relax around the outdoor pool terrace or in the Scottish Bar, with a cocktail in their hand. Hotel Al Bustan has a professional team on hand to ensure that any event, meeting or conference is successful. The Emile Bustani International Conference Center (480 seats) is equipped with a state of the art simutaneous translation system in 6 languages and built-in translator headphones. Conference proceedings can be followed with the use of headphones through CCTV anywhere in the hotel. There are four other meeting rooms: Cedar I, Cedar II, Le Marquis and Crystal Garden which can be also used as banqueting rooms. Tailored programmes can be arranged, such as adventure-based activities, cultural tours and themed evevnings for conference participants. During February and March, the al Bustan International Festival of Music and Arts turns the hotel into a destination for cultural events, including opera and theatre. Directions to the hotel, Leaving the Airport, take the highway for 6/7 km direction Beirut. You will reach TAYOUNE. Turn right and go straightforward 500 meters. Then turn left and you will reach CHEVROLET. Go straightforward to the first roundabout. Take the left road and drive for around 2 km you will reach Mkalles roundabout. Take the second turn on your right and drive till Mansourieh and all the way to Beit Meri.
