A guaranteed reservation must be cancelled 24hours - hotel's local time on day of arrival for a full refund of deposit or so that the guest's credit card is not charged. When a reservation is made 'Guaranteed Arrival' the room will be held for the first night and in the event of non arrival a no-show charge will be imposed by 80pct of the roomsrevenue for entire booked stay, but maximum for 3 nights.
